As members of a faith community we realize that our simple prayers add nothing to the greatness of God—Who, in and of Himself, is totally complete. We also recognize that our prayers of adoration, contrition, thanksgiving and supplication make us more complete as they unite us with the angels and saints who continually praise God at His heavenly throne. Prayer gives us a glimpse of the life that awaits us as the faithful stewards of God’s manifold gifts. The following is a summary of our liturgical life at St. Clement.
Weekend Schedule of Masses
Saturday at 4:00 pm
Sundays at 8:00 am, 10:00 am and 12:00 noon.
The 10:00 Mass incorporates a special Liturgy of the Word for the children, and the 12:00 Mass is celebrated with the Contemporary Music Group.
Holy Day Mass Schedule
Holy Day Mass schedules are published in advance of the Feast.
Sacrament of Reconciliation
The Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) is celebrated each Saturday afternoon from 3:00-3:45 pm, and by appointment. The Reconciliation Room in the church provides the option of a screen or receiving the sacrament face-to-face. Special Penance Services are scheduled during Advent and Lent.
Each Monday at 7:00 pm offers an opportunity to participate in a 9-week novena, celebrated within the context of Eucharistic adoration and Benediction.
Eucharistic adoration takes place on the First Friday of each month from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon in the St. Clare Day Chapel (part of the Parish Office building). All are urged to pray for vocations during this time.
Monday through Saturday the Rosary is recited at 7:45 am, and Morning Prayer of the Church is prayed at 8:15 am. Weekday Mass is offered at 8:30 am.
St. Clare Day Chapel
The St. Clare Day Chapel is part of the Parish Office building, with its own outside entrance. The Chapel is open on workdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm for visits to the Blessed Sacrament and personal prayer.
